For more than twenty years, Coach Kaviani has worked as an executive coach and operator, building, scaling, and guiding SaaS companies from early traction to acquisition. He founded HyperOffice (acquired by IP Dream) and CoFoundersLab (acquired by Business Rockstars), and later launched Breezio, a fast-growing community engagement platform where he now serves on the Board of Directors.
Today, he brings this operating depth to founders through his work as Head Growth Coach at FounderWell and as faculty for two executive-level master’s programs: the University of Pennsylvania’s Education Entrepreneurship Master’s Program (in collaboration with The Wharton School), and Pepperdine University’s Master of Social Entrepreneurship and Change program. His coaching blends proven frameworks with real-world lessons, helping founders make confident decisions in fast-moving environments.
