The Tandem Approach

Strategic, Practical, Built for Founders

How Engagements Begin

Our executive coaching method is built for bootstrapped SaaS founders. Every founder starts with a diagnostic onboarding phase designed to uncover the root causes behind growth bottlenecks. Instead of jumping into tactics, we look closely at your metrics, challenges, team dynamics, and long-term goals.

005 group discussion

A multi-session business review across key areas.

009 productivity

Deep dive into revenue, churn, and acquisition performance.

019 leader

Founder goals discovery, including personal priorities.

004 tasks

Clear assessment of what is working and what is slowing growth.

The goal is simple: build a shared, accurate picture of where you are and where you want to go.

Growth Sprints and Strategy Sessions

After diagnostics, founders move into Growth Sprints. These are 4 to 12 week cycles focused on your highest-leverage priorities.

Common sprint areas:

  • Reducing churn
  • Refining pricing and packaging
  • Strengthening conversion funnels
  • Scaling marketing channels
  • Improving leadership and decision-making
  • Preparing for exit or fundraising
  • Increasing sales velocity

Founders meet twice per month for 50 minutes per session. Each session blends strategic guidance with practical takeaways and curated resources

Each session includes:

  • Clear next steps
  • Worksheets, templates, and frameworks
  • Vendor or talent recommendations
  • A focused sprint roadmap
