Over six months in 2023, I joined as a full-time interim executive leading growth to help design and prove out a repeatable sales model. By working with William, the technical founder of Stride Analytics, we were able to validate the ideal customer profile, test and prove out scalable customer acquisition methods, and develop a compelling positioning statement to support marketing campaigns. Our partnership resulted in securing Stride’s first 10 paying customers while also bringing the unit level economics into focus.

Stride Analytics is a B2B SaaS company serving the commercial real estate industry with computer vision and analytics.
