Nicole Mason: Go-to-market

 

Nicole Mason is CEO of Lemonade Day, a national non-profit committed to preparing youth for life through fun, proactive, and experiential programs infused with life skills, character education, and entrepreneurship. For over 16 years, Lemonade Day has franchised its program to individual communities throughout North America. By way of their new animated, interactive My Lemonade Day app, they are positioned to launch a direct-to-consumer model and go directly to parents in non-licensed markets, scaling their impact to millions of families. I worked with them as a Fractional Growth Executive over a six-month period to define and develop ICPs, identify executional risks in resources and technology, and test new acquisition campaigns.
